Intro...

• People are drawn to this Hobby for various reasons. You may be a Beer or Wine Maker that finds this next level interesting or you have some Skunky batches that you don’t want to throw out. Or you are a college student trying to get by, and a pressure cooker still and a little knowledge will help you with that. Or you could be like me. I thought about this for 10 years off and on and looked at stills online until one day my wife brings home a copy of MOONSHINE by Matthew Rowley and spawned the revolution. I built my first still out of a stock pot, large mixing bowl and some copper tubing from Lowes. I still use it for a beer stripper. I will explain Beer stripping later. Just so you know, I have never made a batch of Beer or Wine. I am in this strictly for the fun of making and drinking my own hooch.
